Terms and Conditions
County Down Classic Golf Tournament

Thank you for booking an event with Ardglass Golf Club. Your booking has been taken and payment will be deducted from the card you provided. All payments will be made to Ardglass Golf Club.

Each booking includes any service fees and these fees are non-refundable.

All players are required to be at the venue no less than 30 minutes prior to your starting time.

All players must check-in with the registration desk prior to taking part and present their official handicap card and registration number.

Players without an official handicap can participate in any event but are not eligible to win the category prizes or proceed to the Grand Final. Players without an official handicap must be able to play to an adequate standard or they will not be permitted to take part. No refunds will be given.

All events use the singles stableford scoring system and additional rules will be distributed and explained on the day.

All decisions on the day will be taken by the Tournament Director and all decisions are final on the day of play.

All winners must collect prizes on the day of play, Any unclaimed prizes will be held for one month after the event to allow time to claim. After this point unclaimed prizes will be deemed unwanted and redistributed.

Players can cancel bookings up to 48 hours prior to the date of play for a full refund on any single day event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of play are not eligible for a refund and the full amount of the booking is forfeit. Any cancellations for the County Down Classic Golf Tournament must be notified to the organisers at least 2 days before the date of play.

Bookings are not transferable to another date or person and any amendments or requests must be notified to the organisers in writing.

In the event of a tournament cancellation all players will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the tournament entry.

Dress Code: Normal golf dress code applies. The following are not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, etc.
